At Cinderpoint Studios every product is made to order 
with care and printed to the highest quality standards. 
Your satisfaction genuinely matters to us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We gladly accept returns and offer refunds or 
replacements within 30 days of delivery for the 
following reasons:

- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item received differs from what was ordered
- There was a printing quality issue

To request a return or replacement please contact us 
at melomaniacalmisanthropy@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. 
Please include your order number and a clear photo of 
the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE

Because all products are printed on demand specifically 
for you, we are unable to accept returns for:

- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered — please refer to our size 
  guides before purchasing
- Slight color variations between screen display and 
  printed product — monitor calibration can affect 
  how colors appear

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a 
different size or product please return the original 
item and place a new order.

REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business 
days to your original payment method. Printful — our 
production partner — stands behind every product and 
we will always work to resolve any quality issues 
promptly and fairly.
